RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the personal nature of our handmade body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items for health and hygiene reasons.
We want you to love your purchase but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
All sales are final on opened products. Unopened products may be returned, at your expense, within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
